(formerly known as Shanghai Chenhua Electric Furnace Co., Ltd.) is a Shanghai based technology enterprise specializing in the production of industrial electric furnaces. It is one of the strong vacuum electric furnace manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai. The company is headquartered in Huangdu Town, Jiading District, Shanghai. It has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Zhejiang Chenhua Technology Co., Ltd. (registered capital of 10 million) and Shanghai Chen'an Electric Furnace Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (registered capital of 500000), and also holds a stake in a structural component Co., Ltd. in Pudong, Shanghai.

The company was established in June 2003 and currently has more than 100 employees. The senior management and main technical backbone come from the former state-owned Shanghai Electric Furnace Factory. The company has completed two science and technology innovation projects of the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission and implemented one national science and technology innovation guarantee project.
